With over 20 years of experience caring for patients at the bedside, Ive built my career on compassion, skill, and truly listening to people’s needs In 2021, I became certified in injectables — a dream come true for me-so I could extend that same dedication to helping others feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.
At our Medi spa, the goal is simple: to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where everyone feels comfortable waking through the door. Whether you’re curious about a subtle refresh or ready to explore new treatments, you’ll always be met with honesty, kindness, and care. I believe beauty is a personal belief for each person and it is an honor to walk alongside my clients on that journey. Truly, happy girls are the prettiest girls!
In my free time I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family and husband, and lazy days out on the water.

Born and raised in Wisconsin, I find joy in the outdoors — my favorite pastime is pontooning with my family on the lake and enjoying the simplicity of nature. That same grounded spirit guides the care I give: real, relaxed, and deeply connected to who you are.
Terry Kirby RN
Hi, I’m Terry Kirby, a registered nurse with 26 years of experience and a passion for helping people feel healthy, confident, and beautiful. I’ve been practicing as an aesthetic injector for the past two years and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Health Fitness and Cardiac Rehabilitation — giving me a well-rounded approach to both wellness and aesthetics.
At Metamorphosis Medi Spa, my goal is to create a judgment-free space where everyone feels welcome, seen, and celebrated. No matter your shape, size, age, or background, you deserve to feel confident in your skin — and never ashamed to explore what aesthetic care can do for you. I take pride in offering treatments that enhance your natural beauty in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.

Lindsay Kirby RN
Hi, I’m Lindsay Kirby, a Registered Nurse with two years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit, where I also had the opportunity to float across multiple departments and sharpen my clinical skills. I am IV and ultrasound trained, with a strong foundation in patient care, safety, and comfort.
My passion for aesthetics, wellness, and helping people feel confident in their own skin led me to the exciting world of medical aesthetics. I believe that beauty and health go hand in hand, and my goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where clients can enhance their natural beauty while feeling comfortable, informed, and cared for every step of the way.
I thrive on building genuine connections and making every person feel seen and valued. Whether it's through personalized treatments or simply offering a listening ear, I’m committed to helping others look and feel their best—inside and out.

Dr. Mark Shashikant
Medical Director
Dr. Mark Shashikant brings over a decade of diverse medical experience, having served in various capacities across military, academic, and tertiary care centers, as well as smaller facilities since 2009. With a focus on aesthetics, he has developed extensive expertise in injectables, including Sculptra, as well as weight loss, aesthetic surgery and laser procedures. Dr. Shashikant has been actively involved in collaborating with advanced practice providers (APPs) since 2009, showcasing his commitment to teamwork and patient care excellence.
